As an individual and in collaboration with others, I’ve worked with organizations such as international human rights grantmakers, non-profits, small businesses, government agencies, and universities, both inside and outside the United States. I've worked with small grassroots collectives, large well-established institutions, and many organizations in between, helping them to diagnose and assess their problems, hone strategies, re-envision ways of working, strengthen their leadership, and develop and implement stronger systems for learning.
